Progressive Ventures is the largest and most prevalent construction company in Northwest British Columbia.  As general contractors, project managers, design build contractors, and construction managers  we are responsible for the coordination and management of a construction project.  Each and every employee is dedicated to providing our clients the highest quality workmanship on time and within budget.  Progressive Ventures has constructed most types of projects as general contractors. Progressive Ventures Construction Ltd. was formed in 1973 by David McKeown. It is now owned by he and his wife Lael McKeown and their son Darcy McKeown.  Dave and Lael are involved at a visionary level while Darcy acts actively as President and General Manager.  We are a Fully Bonded, Star Cor Certified General Contractor with experience in all types of project delivery and employing numerous Gold Seal Certified project managers.  We offer general contracting and construction, construction management, design build, and land and real estate development services. We have had the pleasure of working on a variety of interesting projects throughout northwest BC for many clients. Property Management and Development


We currently lease to over 40 local, national and international tenants in the Terrace area. We have offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. 
We also own numerous bare land spaces in the Terrace and Kitimat area.  We specialize in land and property development and like nothing better than to develop land and construct property to your specifications.  Over the years we have worked for many companies and enjoy high quality, long term, mutually beneficial business relationships with them.
