Peterbilt Building

Scope of the project was adding 11,500 sq ft of new facility in addition to an inside / outside renovation of 21,000 sq ft of existing building.  The final result was a most impressive modernized dealership that was completed 30 days ahead of schedule and on budget.

Project Description:  Design / Build of office, warehouse and shop.  We had done a complete design / build of an original, smaller office and shop for an earlier trucking company at this location.  When Peterbilt bought the existing company, they liked the building so much they had us return and add another major renovation.
