Ksan Residence and Shelter

PVL has been the General Contractor on many projects over the last 13 years where I was the Architect including a Gold LEED project for BC Housing. Project: This Green Building project is a total of 11,000 square feet constructed on ICFblocks and wood frame construction. It was built as a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Certified building, incorporating advanced mechanical systems and construction management techniques. This is the first LEED certified building in BC’s northwest, and one of the few Gold Certified outside of the lower mainland.
