Ian is one of Progressive Ventures’ top superintendents, who produces high quality work and has a long history of experience working in very remote, logistically complex regions throughout Northern BC.

He is a clear and effective communicator, maintains a very high level of safety on all jobsites, and consistently motivates his teams.

Experience:

Ian has over 18 years in commercial construction with extensive experience managing the logistics of very remote jobs. he is a well-rounded builder who routinely sees projects through their entirety from planning and start-up through commissioning.

The work was conducted in an efficient and timely manner, and the project was completed on schedule and within budget.  This project was very successful due to the open communication and team approach by all parties involved.  It was also completed in a sensitive manner, minimizing interruptions to the daily operations of the staff.
