Darcy is Progressive Ventures’ President and General Manager. He started with Progressive Ventures when he was 15, after school and during the summer, as a labourer. Shortly after completion of high school, he earned his journeyman carpenter’s certificate. His on-site experience and continuous training provides a solid background for construction and project management.
